2. Definitions
- MIC 777: A hybrid token built on the XRPL (XRP Ledger), combining memecoin elements with utilities to benefit the community and ecosystem.
- We/Us/Our: Refers to the team behind MIC 777, including Malaya Infinity and associated parties.
- User/You: Refers to any individual or entity participating in the MIC 777 ecosystem.
- XRPL: The blockchain on which MIC 777 operates.
3. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction.
- Users must comply with local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency usage.
- MIC 777 is not available to individuals or entities in jurisdictions where cryptocurrencies are restricted or banned.
4. Token Utility and Distribution
- Hybrid Nature: MIC 777 is a memecoin with additional utilities for the XRPL ecosystem, designed for community engagement and fun.
- Airdrops: Tokens will be distributed through specific airdrops for non-holders, current holders, and loyal supporters.
- Referral Program: Participants can earn XRP rewards through a referral system, subject to specific terms provided separately.
- Burning and Buyback: Token burns and buybacks are determined by community votes and will follow established guidelines.
5. Presale and Launch
- The presale of MIC 777 will run from January 7, 2024, to March 7, 2024.

In addition, the top holders of MIC 777 will serve as the signatories of the project’s multi-signature wallets, which include the Phoenix Vault, Phoenix Buyback, and Phoenix Arena. This governance model ensures accountability and decentralized decision-making for the community’s benefit.
8. Community Governance
- Certain aspects of MIC 777, including buybacks, burns, and exchange listings, will be decided by community voting.
